cozy stay with nice staff

The room was super cozy and chic, really liked that. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. They have a shuttle to Disneyland, which is handy. One thing though, the place could use a little upgrade, and we had some issues with cleanliness. not the worst, but some things need fixing up.

We enjoyed the morning breakfasts and the indoor-outdoor atmosphere which simulated a paradise island.

Our room was not cleaned on our 2nd day so we waded in a pile of dirty towels. Not too happy about that but otherwise everything else was great! The wait staff in the morning was extremely helpful.

Perfect spot, just 20 mins from SNA and Disneyland. Rooms are big and comfy with a microwave and mini fridge - really convenient. The breakfast was decent, omelette station was nice! Staff is awesome, really friendly and quick to help. Clean rooms and good fitness facilities.

Purchased on Booked.net for $139/night, card was charged $380? Still waiting for a response from the administration at Embassy Suites. Bathtub tiles had cracks, King size bed but was like sleeping in a satellite dish. Room was cold but unable to select heat, only one appliance was able to be on at a time, heat the entire facility or cool the entire facility

The breakfast here was amazing, with custom-made omelets served on the patio.

No free WiFi, pool was closed, bathroom really small, overchargeed, but Manger honored original quote after waiting in a long line. Would not go again, but not horrible.

The hotel is fairly clean. Excellent and beautiful location right next to a nightclub with shared parking. Outstanding breakfast. Well-appointed room. Attentive staff.

The rooms are spacious and recently renovated, each featuring two beds. The complimentary breakfast includes freshly cooked omelets and free alcoholic beverages are also offered, making it a great value for the price.

Beds were SUPER comfy, showers were perfect, everything was clean. My kids enjoyed the pools and splash park as well! Everyone was very welcoming; customer service is a huge deal for me. The valets were very accommodating and helpful! Since this was a short trip, I was unable to grab a chance to visit the spa and fitness center, so I'm hoping on our next stay we will be able to.

Breakfast should be cheaper especially for kids who only eat like 2 things. We opted out once I saw the prices.
